Botanic Gifts is built on innovation, quality, and distinctive style. Botanic designs beautiful artful pieces, bringing nature and the art of design into your home and workplace. Our orchid terrariums are exclusive designs of Botanic Gifts.
Owner and Designer, Mykel Newton, has many years of experience in the floral industry. Growing up in the floral business gave her another outlet for creative expression. Early on, she knew the floral trade would continue to play an active role throughout her life.
Mykel's floral roots and entrepreneurial spirit led her to the creation of Botanic Gifts. Her signature designs are a refreshing spin on the retro terrariums of the 1970's and winning her much recognition. Mykel endlessly sources new materials, continuing to stretch boundaries, and developing unique design techniques. Each piece is unique from the glass vessel to the design of the natural elements within. No two pieces are ever the same. Each plant, orchid, and bonsai are carefully hand selected, by Mykel, for the highest quality.
Freelance Opportunities:
In addition to Botanic Gifts, Mykel is an award winning artist and continues to work on custom freelance creations throughout the year using various mediums - from avant garde derby hats, fabric design, stationary and hand painted wall murals (just to name a few).
